Seniors Real Estate Specialists® or SRES® designees are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+.  By earning the SRES® Designation, we have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.
Do they want to age in place? Nearly everyone wishes to age in place as they grow older. But often, the spacious family house becomes too burdensome, financially and physically, to maintain for individuals over 50.
Do they want to downsize?
Do they no longer want to be a homeowner?

In 20 years, the 55+ senior buyer and seller market has nearly doubled.
About 70 percent of people over age 65 need some type of long-term care during their lifetime.
A Senor Residential Specialist will be able to tap into the resources necessary to help you with what ever you decide.
SRES® designees can consult with you to review your current housing situation.  They can also develop a team of experts and advisors to help you with every step while you're exploring your options and determining the very best place to call home.
"I decided to become an SRES® because I wanted to help seniors with these complex decisions.
