Homes Becoming Less Affordable For First Time Buyers

This article from Bloomberg News is interesting.  It talks about how first-time buyers in certain markets have been shut out by rising home values.

Luckily, trends usually come late to Lancaster County <grin>.  Our real estate market was late to fall and lags some other markets in recovering.  My take on this article:  Act now before entry-level property prices rise too much here!
