Home Sellers Get The SERVICE You Deserve

The number one complaint I hear from home sellers goes something like this:  "I listed my house and never heard from my realtor again."  While that's probably an exaggeration on the part of frustrated sellers, it is true that too many agents do little more for their seller than put the home in the Multi-List and sit back and wait for it to sell.
I'm proud to announce a new menu of services for sellers which I call Highland Premier.  You as the home owner will be able to choose what level of service you want and need.  Here are some highlights:

  1. I will always be present when your home is shown.  No unaccompanied showings by agents you have never met.  Great for your peace of mind -- you know your home is always shown at its best (lights on, door open) and secured properly when the showing is over.  This is essential if you are away on a trip or have any other concerns about strangers in your home.
  2. If you have pets, I will walk them or cage them during your home's showings.
  3. Extra internet exposure and professional photographs allow buyers to "see" your home online, cutting down on the disruption caused by showings by buyers who are merely curious.
There are many more services available, which I believe are not offered by any other realtor in our market.  Find out more at:  www.highlandpremier.com
